Important Notes for Users
- For security reasons, application sessions will time out after a period of inactivity, usually between 15 minutes and half an hour for most applications.
- Regardless, be certain to logout of the application when your session is complete (and close down your browser if finished with the portal). This is especially important if you are connecting to the portal from public access points such as a library or kiosks.
