What is the cancellation policy? For most classes
in Rensselaer's Professional Development Programs department, cancellations
within 10 business days of the course start date will be charged full
course tuition. However, substitutions (with registration forms) are welcome
up through the first day of the course. |

Policies Concerning
Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) Program Offerings
Before a CCL program begins, Rensselaer at Hartford incurs a substantial administrative cost related to your registration. Therefore, fees are assessed to registration transfers and cancellations according to the following schedules:
Transfer Fee Schedule
Date of Transfer Fee incurred by Participant
More than 8 weeks prior to program start date None
Within 8 weeks of the program start date 10% of tuition
Within 4 weeks of the program start date 25% of tuition
Within 2 weeks of the program start date 50% of tuition
Please be advised that if you transfer your registration, any pre-work assessment data we have received from you or about you will be retained for use in the program into which you have transferred.

Please be advised that once you cancel your registration, any pre-work assessment data we have received from you or about you will be immediately purged from our system. Should you decide to re-register, you will have to complete another set of pre-work materials.
