Student access to the LMS requires a Troy campus RCS account. Please use this link to request your RCS account information or to contact the LMS Helpdesk.

• The WebCT name is changing to the RPI Learning Management System (RPI LMS)
  
• Do not use Favorities or Bookmarks within your course. You will get strange error messages, when you try to log in. You can Bookmark this page, or http://rpilms.rpi.edu
  
• To setup your Browser: Allow pop-ups for the rpi.edu domains, Install Java. Then use the Check Browser link at the top right hand corner on the next page.
  
• Java: We recommend that you turn off Java automatic updates, and remove all older versions already installed on your PC. The newest versions of Java, JRE 1.5.0_8 through JRE 1.5.0_11 tends to freeze Blackboard. Therefore, Java JRE version 1.5.0_7 is the current recommended version. Get the PC Sun Java Runtime Environment, from:
  Sun Java Runtime Environment 1.5.0_7.
