The
Journal of Business in Developing Nations is
a combined effort of dedicated scholars throughout the world,
including an Editorial
Review Board whose members are based on six continents.
It was founded at the North Carolina Central University School
of Business by Dr. John A. Parnell, who was its Editor
for volumes 1 and 2 (1997 and 1998). It moved with him
to Texas A&M University-Commerce College of Business &
Technology. For volume 3 (1999), the Editor was Dr.
David H. Kent and the host was Golden Gate University School
of Business.
Begining
in the fall of 2000, the Journal's host is the
Lally School of Management and Technology,
Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute at Hartford, and the Editor-in-Chief
is Dr.
Peter W. Schroth. Beginning in 2007, we also have
an Associate Editor, Dr
John E. Spillan of Pennsylvania
State University - DuBois.
The Journal of Business in Developing
Nations is listed in Cabell's Directory
of Publishing Opportunities in Economics and Finance.
Everything in the JBDN web site is intended
to work with older browsers and dial-up connections. We are
gradually changing the article files to PDF, using formats that
should be accessible in both current and older versions of Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
