The workshop is a fast-paced presentation of the main methodologies used in the analysis of technological cleanness. The workshop reviews basic concepts and then proceeds to present descriptions of mass balance, materials accounting, energy-exergy balances and accounting and life cycle assessment methods. Application examples are used throughout. By the end of the workshop, students should be prepared to initiate work in this area.
