* If these are your final three credits, please contact the registrar immediately to complete necessary administrative paperwork.
Even if you successfully complete your project, you will not graduate if the registrar does not clear you!

FAQ about Selecting a Project Topic

KEY DEADLINES
* Functioning Web Portfolio and 100 word writeup with potential topic(s) due no later than 9/16

* Tentative Project Proposal Draft (PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RPI THESIS TEMPLATE FOR THE PROPOSAL!) due posted no later than 9/23!

* Project Proposal Draft (PLEASE DO NOT USE THE RPI THESIS TEMPLATE FOR THE PROPOSAL!) due posted no later than 9/30!
Also, please prepare a brief presentation of your proposed work (6 slides).

* First Progress Report (USING THE RPI THESIS TEMPLATE AND THE PROJECT REPORT CHECKLIST!) due no later than 10/21!
Also, please prepare a brief yet comprehensive presentation of progress on your work to date (10 minutes long; 6-12 slides).

* Second Progress Report (USING THE RPI THESIS TEMPLATE AND THE PROJECT REPORT CHECKLIST!) due no later than 11/11!
This must include actual content (text, figures, tables, etc) in all of the following sections: Title page, Lists of tables, symbols, etc, Introduction, Methodology, Results and Discussion, References, Appendices. THE ENTIRE DRAFT MUST HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY CORRECTED USING THE REPORT CHECKLIST!
Also, please prepare a brief yet comprehensive presentation of progress on your work to date (10 minutes long; 6-12 slides).

* Final Draft (USING THE RPI THESIS TEMPLATE AND THE PROJECT REPORT CHECKLIST!) due no later than 12/2!

* Final Report (USING THE RPI THESIS TEMPLATE AND THE PROJECT REPORT CHECKLIST!) due no later than 12/16!
Also, please prepare a brief yet comprehensive presentation of your work (10 minutes long; 6-12 slides).
