ABOUT THE REVIEW PROGRAMS:  Preparatory classes begin in mid-January 2005. Rensselaer has prepared well over 2,000 engineers studying to pass the Fundamentals in Engineering (EIT) Exam; Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Principals and Practices (PE) Exams; and the Land Surveyor Exam. Experts in each of the specific engineering areas review and address problems judged to be representative of the type and complexity encountered in the examination. Teams of practicing professional engineers and members of the engineering faculty at Rensselaer at Hartford are selected to teach in their specific areas of expertise. The course fee includes comprehensive guides that cover both background review topics and sample questions similar to those found on the exams. The programs are eligible for Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) and Veteran Approved (VA) benefits.
