Events Executive Master’s Program Alumni Reception at Rensselaer at Hartford EVENT: Alumni of Rensselaer at Hartford’s Executive Master’s Program (EMP) are cordially invited to a reception and networking program hosted by the Lally School of Management and Technology. EMP BACKGROUND: Designed to provide highly motivated executives with an opportunity to expand and intensify their understanding of the business world, Rensselaer at Hartford’s Executive Master’s Program (EMP) prepares its graduates to become change agents and leaders. With a curriculum focused on developing strategic thinkers and leaders, the EMP is an intensive ten-month cohort program designed to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and provide executives with the knowledge to make sound decisions and lead change in a global environment. The EMP has been one of the elite programs offered by Rensselaer at Hartford for nearly twenty-five years. This accelerated program leads to a 30-credit Master of Science in Management degree from the world-renowned Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
