Rensselaer at Hartford's Seminar Hall Complex is adjacent to the Tower Building. It houses a state-of-the-art multimedia presentation auditorium with video, slide, document and computer projection, and satellite down-link capabilities controlled through a presentation podium. To ensure legibility, video images are projected on to a 10 foot X 12 foot screen.

The Seminar Hall Complex has a separate parking lot and private entrance in a courtyard setting. The Seminar Hall lobby features a fixed registration area, space for exhibits and information tables, and ample closet space for conference participants' personal belongings.

The main presentation auditorium in the Seminar Hall Complex includes fixed, multilevel, amphitheater seating to accommodate up to 100 persons in a video friendly environment. Two additional rooms, featuring round tables, are perfect for breakout sessions or dining areas. The rental fee for Seminar Hall includes the main auditorium as well as the two breakout rooms.

The main presentation room in the Seminar Hall Complex is accessible to people with special needs. Audio enhancement for the hearing impaired is also available.

Videoconferencing using interactive compressed video technology is available for groups of up to 100 in the Seminar Hall Complex.
