Executive Degree Programs

Rensselaer's Executive Programs are designed to provide highly motivated executives with an opportunity to expand and intensify their understanding of the business world. Each of the programs employ an interactive cohort format in which the class members move through the program as a unified group, which enhances the learning experience by encouraging participants to collaborate and learn from each other over an extended period of time.

• The Elite Master's Program (EMP) has been offered at Rensselaer's Hartford Campus for over 25 years. More than 400 individuals have completed this accelerated 30-credit program and have earned a Rensselaer Master of Science in Management degree. EMP students have represented more than 100 different organizations in business sectors including manufacturing, financial services, communications, technology, health care, government, and nonprofit entities.

Rensselaer's Lally School of Management and Technology is an accredited member of AACSB International, The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International.
