Rensselaer’s EMBA Program Brings Transformative Change
Rensselaer’s EMBA is an elite program where leaders learn the skills needed to foster innovation, utilize technology, and lead organizations to the forefront of the global marketplace. Participants will join a cohort of executives who change the world every day. The EMBA program can be completed in just 16 months with classes held every other Friday and Saturday. The program also includes an eight-day international residency and a powerful Impact Project. World-renowned Rensselaer faculty deliver a learning experience far superior to any other educational institution.

Through our unique perspectives, we recognize:
- All organizations, big or small, will in some important way be global enterprises and, as such, a global perspective exists in every one of our course modules - even those that cover fundamental subjects (e.g., international accounting standards, culturally diverse employees, geographically dispersed supply chains, virtual teaming, etc.).
- A holistic approach that nurtures relationships within the organization, between enterprise entities, and with external communities, ensures success is long-term with a comprehensive integration of marketing, operational, and support functions.

EMBA Learning Outcomes
The EMBA program provides 21st century relevant education for executives. The curriculum includes unique content that examines how business leaders create value for customers and stakeholders, and how they invent sustainable solutions and implement exceptional value systems and organizational designs.
Rensselaer EMBA participants will:
