Degree Programs
Each Rensselaer cohort, consisting of 10-30 students (depending on the program), moves through a particular curriculum as a unified group, which encourages the students to collaborate and learn from each other over an extended period of time. The cohort system fosters long-lasting relationships that extend beyond the classroom and provides ample opportunities for networking and social interactions.

Program (EMP)
Earn an M.S. in Management in 10 months
- Weekend M.B.A.
(WEMBA)
Earn a Rensselaer M.B.A. in 30 months
- One-Year Accelerated M.S. in Management
This popular program begins every Spring term.
- M.B.A. Accelerated Cohort for Southeastern Connecticut (SEMBA)
This program takes place entirely at Rensselaer's site in Groton.
- M.B.A. Accelerated Cohort for Southwestern Connecticut
This program takes place entirely in the Trumbull area.
- Industrial Process Management (IPM)
Participants earn an M.S. in Engineering Science and Lean Six Sigma Certification.
 Rensselaer's Lally School of Management and Technology is an accredited member of AACSB International, The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International.
